How do you pick the right service page?
Start from what you see at the house, not from the name of the trade. A stain on the ceiling is a roofing page. A leaning run of pickets is a fencing page. A soft spot in the floor can be flooring or plumbing, and the visit sorts that out.

Before you pick a service
Can one estimate cover more than one service?
Yes. A new roof and a patio cover, or floors and a kitchen, go on one written estimate with each trade on its own lines. You see what each part costs, and the schedule puts them in the order the house needs.
Which service should I call about if I am not sure what is wrong?
Call about what you can see: the stain, the crack, the soft floor, the gap under the fence. David figures out which trade it belongs to at the visit. The call and the visit cost nothing.
Do you do electrical and plumbing work?
Texas licenses electricians and plumbers at the state level. When a job needs that work, a licensed electrician or plumber does that part, and the estimate names who it is before anything starts.
Is every service offered in every city you cover?
Yes, across the four counties and 30 cities. The core trades have their own page for the 12 cities where we work most. Jobs at the far end of the Valley follow a travel rule we tell you before you commit.
Do you take small jobs, like one fence gate or one room of floor?
Yes. A gate, a patch of roof or a single room gets the same written estimate as a full remodel. Small jobs are often how people find out how we work before they call about the bigger one.
How soon can a job start after I approve the estimate?
It depends on the trade and the season. Repairs usually start sooner than a full roof or a remodel. The written estimate carries a start date, and that date is one we commit to.
