Our form asks for four things: your name, your phone, the service you need and your city. We use that information to answer you and to follow up about the work, and we never sell it. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
What does this site collect from you?
The estimate form on this site asks for four things. They are your name, your phone number, the service you need and your city. Nothing else is required to send it.
Your email address is optional. We ask for it on the thank you page, after the form is already sent. You can skip it and still get a call back.
Our host also records basic traffic data. That includes the pages you open, the date and time, and your general region. We do not tie that record to your name.

- Email, only if you give it after you send the form
Why do we keep your information?
We use your information to answer your request. That means a call back, a visit to the property, and a written estimate within 48 hours.
We also use it to follow up on the job. If you ask about a roof in March and the work starts in June, your record has to exist.
We do not use it for anything else. No newsletters you did not ask for, and no lists sold to other companies.
Do you sell or share what you collect?
No. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Three cases are the exception, and all three exist so the work you asked for can happen.
None of those parties may use your information for their own marketing. We do not run advertising cookies of our own on this site.
- A licensed electrician or plumber on your job, who needs your address to show up
- A supplier delivering material to your property
- A legal request that the law requires us to answer
What cookies does this site use?
This site measures traffic so we know which pages actually help people. That measurement may run through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Both set analytics cookies in your browser.
Those cookies tell us how many people opened a page and where they arrived from. They do not tell us your name.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site still works. The pages are served as complete HTML, so nothing here needs a script to be readable.
How long do you keep your information?
We keep your request while we are working on it. After that it stays in our records of the job.
A signed job leaves a paper trail. The estimate, the contract and the warranty document all carry your name and address.
If you never hire us, you can ask us to delete your record. We do it, and we do not ask why.
How do you ask us to delete your information?
Call and say you want your record deleted. You can also send the request through the contact form, using the name and phone you gave us.
The business email is {{PENDIENTE:email}}. If you would rather not wait on email, the phone and the form reach the same person.
We remove the record and confirm it with you. We honor the request whether or not a law requires it.
How is your information protected?
The site runs over HTTPS. What you type into the form travels encrypted from your phone to the server.
Form submissions land in a business inbox and a contact list that only David and the office use. Your information is never published anywhere on this site.
No system is perfect. If we ever learn that your information was exposed, we tell you and we tell you what to do.
Who is responsible for your information?
David Aceves runs this business from Rio Grande City, Texas. He is the person responsible for what happens with what you send.
The company serves Starr, Hidalgo, Willacy and Cameron counties. The same rules on this page apply in all four, in English and in Spanish.
What happens if this policy changes?
This page carries a review date. If we change what we collect or how we use it, we change the page and the date with it.
The short version is not going to move. Four fields, one purpose, nothing sold.
