Why are Cuates Construction homes on this page?
David Aceves came up building custom homes from the slab with Cuates Construction. These four are homes he worked on, with a key role in each build.
They are not Aceves remodeling jobs, and nothing on this site presents them that way. Every page names Cuates Construction as the builder, because the build is theirs.
What they show is the way David works through a house, structure first and then every room. He plans a roof, a fence or a kitchen in the house you already own the same way.
What does each home page show?
Every home has its own page with the photos of its interior, grouped by area: kitchen and living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms and utility rooms. Each page names who built the house and when it was photographed.
The city of each home is added once it is confirmed. Nothing on these pages is estimated or filled in to look complete.
How will Aceves remodeling jobs be documented here?
Every Aceves job gets the same record, whatever the service was, so you can compare two jobs without guessing what was left out.
Photos come in three sets: before, during and after, shot from the same angles so the comparison stays honest. Each entry goes up within 7 days of closing, and only when the owner agrees.

How can you tell whether a portfolio shows real work?
Ask who built it and where. A photo with no builder and no place behind it was usually bought from a supplier or pulled off the internet.
On a remodel, look for the mess too: tear-off piles, exposed decking, framing. Finished glamour shots on their own tell you little about the work underneath. Use this checklist on us and on anybody else you call.

Before you call
Did Aceves build these four homes?
No. Cuates Construction built them, and David Aceves worked on each build with a key role. Every home page names the builder. They show the background David brings to remodeling, not jobs Aceves Home Remodeling sold.
Can I see a job site before I hire you?
Yes. Ask David when he comes to measure your house. There is usually a site open in your area that week, and he will tell you where. Most owners do not mind a short visit from a neighbor.
Will the Aceves project entries show what the work cost?
They will show a range with its conditions, never a single figure passed off as a price. Two roofs of the same size land at different numbers once pitch, decking and distance come in. The figure for your house arrives in your written estimate within 48 hours.
Will my house appear on this page if I hire you?
Only if you say yes. We ask before the final walk, and saying no changes nothing about the job or the warranty. If you agree, you still decide whether your name, your street and your words appear.
