This two-story stone and stucco home was built by Cuates Construction, with David Aceves in a key role on the build. It has a three-car garage, a covered outdoor kitchen, marble-look tile throughout and a primary bath built as a glass wet room. The photos are from January 2025.

What was built here?

A two-story custom home in stucco with stone veneer, under a brown shingle hip roof. A stone entry tower sets the front, with a three-car garage beside it and a stamped, stained concrete driveway.

Out back, a covered patio holds a stone outdoor kitchen, and a covered balcony with a tongue and groove wood ceiling runs above the back porch. Inside, marble-look porcelain tile covers the floors under coffered and lattice ceilings.

The kitchen carries cream raised-panel cabinets with gold hardware, a large island, a walk-in pantry and a coffee station. The primary bath puts a freestanding tub inside a glass wet room with two rain heads.
