What is the house like, inside and out?

A one-story farmhouse in white board and batten, with black-framed windows and a black shingle roof broken by dormers. A front porch on cedar posts runs across the entry, and the garage opens on the side.

Inside, the living room rises to a vaulted ceiling with exposed light wood beams. Wood-look plank flooring runs through the main rooms, and a linear fireplace sits across from the kitchen.

The kitchen pairs a large white island and a farmhouse sink with natural wood glass-front cabinets, a pot filler over the gas range and an arched wood pantry door. The primary suite has a double vanity, a walk-in shower with a wood-look tile wall and a walk-in closet with an island.
