My McAllen lot backs onto an alley. Can you hang a gate wide enough for a truck?

Yes. A drive gate on an alley usually goes in as a double gate so each leaf stays light. The two gate posts go deeper than a line post and get set in concrete that cures overnight. We check the swing before we build. A leaf that opens into the alley can be a problem. A rolling or sliding leaf is the fix when the swing does not clear.

My subdivision has an HOA. Who submits the fence for approval?

You do, and we give you what the association asks for. That is usually a drawing with the height, the material, the color and where the fence sits on the lot. We hand you those on paper with the estimate. We do not order material until the association and the city are both settled. A fence built first and approved later gets torn out at your cost.

Can you tie a new fence into the stucco columns already at my front yard?

Usually yes, and we check the columns first. Panels get measured column to column, not lot line to lot line, so every bay comes out even. Brackets are anchored into the block behind the stucco, never into the stucco skin. If a column is cracked or leaning, we tell you before we hang anything on it.
