Can you replace the roof on a manufactured home in La Grulla?

Yes. Most of them here carry metal panel. The fix is often fasteners, closures and sealant rather than a full tear off. When the panel itself is spent, we replace it. We tell you which one you are looking at after the measure, with photos.

There is no attic over our house. How do you find where the water is getting in?

From both sides. Inside we read the ceiling stain and where it sits against the frame. Outside we follow the fastener lines, the penetrations and the ends, because on a low slope roof water travels before it drops. The two together say where to open it up, instead of resealing the whole roof and hoping.

My carport roof and my house roof are different ages. Do both have to be done?

No. They can be quoted and done separately, and often should be. What does have to be handled together is the joint where they meet. That tie in is the leak point, so we flash it whichever roof gets replaced.
